Paseka Motsoeneng was due to appear in court on a charge of common assault on Thursday morning, but the matter was not on the court roll.

The police's Lesetja Mathobela says Mboro was arrested on Wednesday, but is out on warning, since the charge against him is common assault.

The matter was not on the court roll when Mboro arrived for his first appearance on Thursday morning.
This follows an altercation at his Incredible Happenings church in Kathlehong on Christmas Eve.
Mboro allegedly assaulted the driver of an ambulance who was called out to attend to a young child who collapsed.
According to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) spokesperson William Ntladi the child was declared dead on the scene.
"There was a misunderstanding between the driver of the ambulance and the pastor, where the pastor manhandled the lady," says Ntladi.
He explains paramedics called for backup as the incident unfolded.
The mother of the child who died at the church on has meanwhile laid charges of culpable homicide against the paramedics.
Motsoeneng has also blamed the child’s death on the paramedics.
"Their job is to save a life, nothing else and failed that innocent baby," Motsoeneng told Jacarandafm News by telephone on Wednesday.
