The Ekurhuleni EMS ambulance driver opened a case against the controversial pastor after he allegedly struck her during an incident at his church.

Controversial pastor Paseka 'Mboro' Motsoeneng is set to appear in the Palm Ridge magistrate's court on Thursday morning on a charge of common assault.
Motsoeneng was arrested on Wednesday after an ambulance driver laid charges against him.
It follows an incident at the Incredible Happenings church on Christmas Eve where a young child died.
Paramedics were called out to the church after the child collapsed.
According to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) spokesperson William Ntladi the child was declared dead on the scene.
"There was a misunderstanding between the driver of the ambulance and the pastor, where the pastor manhandled the lady," says Ntladi.
He explains paramedics called for backup as the incident unfolded.
The ambulance driver, according to Ntladi, locked herself in the fire truck out of fear.
The pastor has however denied this version of events, saying, "She can lay whatever charges... they were pushing that story because they were running away from the crime they did".
He in turn claims the paramedics are the ones who failed the child as the were not only late, but failed to treat the matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserved.
"Their job is to save a life, nothing else," says Motsoeneng. "They failed that innocent baby."
The child's mother laid charges of culpable homicide against EMS staff on Wednesday, shortly before Motsoeneng was arrested.
