Polokwane still struggling to supply residents with water
Updated | By Sibahle Motha
The City of Polokwane was still struggling to supply residents with water on Saturday.

Loadshedding and an increase in water demand have left three reservoirs in the city at 0%.
This is despite the Olifantspoort and Ebenezer plants being in operation.
Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala says most areas in the city have no water.

“Areas at a higher altitude like Bendor, Ster Park, Flora Park, Fauna Park, Serala View, Nirvana, Moregold, Ivydale, and the Extensions are the most affected,” he says.
Residents have been urged to use water sparingly.
Water tankers will also be dispatched to areas that have been affected by water shortages.
