Possible Northcliff link to burnt bodies found in Centurion

The burnt bodies of a man, woman and child were found in an open veld next to the Copper Leaf estate on Monday morning.

Police spokesperson Kay Makhubela says people have come forward claiming to know the identities of the three people.

"A family from Northcliff alleges that there was a house robbery the other night and that three people from the house was kidnapped," says Makhubela.

"We are investigating a case of kidnapping and house robbery on the Northcliff case."

Makhubela says they are still waiting for the post-mortem and forensic results.
