Police have arrested a 45-year-old suspect in connection with the killing of a man at Menlyn Maine in Pretoria on Monday.
Gauteng police spokesperson Mathapelo Peters says the suspect was apparently in the process of selling a car to the victim when an altercation broke out between the two.
The victim is a UK citizen who recently immigrated to the country.

Peters says it is alleged that the victim was accompanied by two other men, one of whom approached the suspect.
"Preliminary reports further indicate that the suspect retreated to his vehicle and returned with a firearm, fired more than one shot at the deceased who was attempting to diffuse the situation.
"The man was declared dead on the scene."
Peters says the suspect was arrested and will appear in the Pretoria Magistrate Court soon on a charge of murder.
