Public Protector Thuli Madonsela will not be releasing her draft report into allegations of state capture this afternoon.

This according to her legal team who is contesting Cooperative Governance Minister Des Van Rooyen's application for an urgent application relating to halt the release of the report.
President Jacob Zuma indicated that he will also apply for an urgent interdict against the release of the report yesterday.
"Even though our client (Madonsela) has the view that there is nothing in law that prevents the releasing the report, our clients has taken the decision in the exercise of her discretion not to release the report," a member of her legal team told the North Gauteng High Court.
The court will hear the urgent court application by President Jacob Zuma on Tuesday.
