“The police in the Waterberg district have open charges of intimidation, crimen injuria and incitement to commit crime after the video went viral on social media,” says Limpopo police spokesperson Motlafela Mojapelo
However, Barnard has not been arrested as yet because he currently in hospital.

Mojapelo could not give reason as to why Barnard was in hospital but says the charges still stand
“He hasn’t yet been arrested as he is hospital, but the charges stand and police investigations are continuing.”
Barnard he will be summoned to court once released from hospital or will be arrested if he does not adhere to the summons.
