Ramaphosa urges all South Africans to vote

President Cyril Ramaphosa has urged all South Africans to vote on Wednesday.

In a video released on Tuesday, Ramaphosa says election day was declared a public holiday to allow everyone who is registered to vote for the party of their choice.
"It is 25 years since we all won the right to vote. When South Africans of all races, from different backgrounds, in every part of the country cast their ballots in our first democratic election."

Voting stations will open from 7am until 9pm to allow the registered voters to cast their ballots for the national and provincial elections.
