Ramaphosa visits Nkosi's Haven ahead of AIDS Conference

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa says the country will only be able to achieve an HIV-free generation if we all pull together and have unity of purpose.
Ramaphosa visited Nkosi's Haven in Johannesburg on Wednesday morning for the five day countdown to the International Aid Conference in Durban.
The conference takes place on Monday, with more than 18 000 people expected to attend.
Ramaphosa said Nkosi Johnson's message was clear.
"We heeded the call and the message that was made by Nkosi Johnson whereas in the year 2000 we were all over the place and not providing the care, the love to people who are suffering with HIV/AIDS," Ramaphosa said.
