Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Outraged community members from Reiger Park in Boksburg have taken to the streets over housing and poor service delivery in the area.
Residents are adamant that they will not allow new housing to go to foreigners.
Police have been deployed to the area to monitor the situation, but residents tried to push past them in an attempt to make their way to the municipal offices.

Residents claim new houses are being constructed for people who don't live in the area, while locals are being ignored.
"We demand houses here for our people. All the houses they are building here they want to give to the blacks only. That is racist. What about our people? We are nothing. They say because we didn't vote ANC, we can't get houses. That is rubbish," said an angry resident.
Another resident claimed people who come from KwaZulu-Natal are receiving houses while they get nothing.
"We've been living here for so long and we don't get houses," she said.
