Security guard killed in truck hijacking
A security guard was shot and another wounded by a group of hijackers on the N4 near Rosslyn, north of Pretoria on Wednesday morning.
Gauteng police spokesperson Kay Makhubela says the guards were approached by five men, who then opened fire.
"One security guard was shot and killed and one injured and they managed to hijack the truck.

"The truck was traced - after police responded - to the information that it was in Ga-Rankuwa.
"The truck was recovered with all its good and one suspect was arrested."
Makhubela says the police are searching for the rest of the suspects.
They face charges of murder, attempted murder and hijacking.
