A Sundumbili newborn baby’s body recovered in a pit toilet
Search and Rescue officials were in Sundumbili in northern KZN on Tuesday, where the body of a newborn baby has been found in a pit latrine toilet.

IPSS Medical Rescue's Samatha Meyrick says the body of the baby boy was recovered moments ago.
"Sadly, the newborn baby boy who had been disposed in a pit latrine was declared dead on scene.
Metro fire has recovered the body of the little boy and has been handed over to SAPS for further investigation."
