Three arrested during illegal farm murders protest

Three men have been arrested and fined during an illegal protest in Lyttelton.

Police spokesperson Katlego Mogale says the protestors were charged for hindering the flow of traffic. 



The men were arrested by the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC).

"In relation to the farmers protest, three men have been charged with hindering the flow of traffic and given fines. They have since been released," Mogale says.



She says all major routes have been reopened in Gauteng.
