Farm murder protests in pictures

#BlackMonday is trending on Twitter in South Africa.
Thousands of South Africans, dressed in black, are protesting against what they say is a rise in violent attacks and murders on farms.
Protestors have taken to the streets to highlight their plight.
An old South African flag has even made an appearance at one of the protests.

Protests are currently underway in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
Farming communities are calling for action.
They say not enough is being done to protect the lives of those who are at the forefront of food security in this country.
In Cape Town, a convoy of tractors and bakkies has made its way to Greenpoint in Cape Town.

Protestors also blocked major routes in Gauteng, bringing traffic to a complete halt on Monday morning.
