Three more suspects caught with animal parts
Police in Limpopo on Monday that three more suspects were arrested in possession of lion parts.
According to police spokesperson, Malesela Ledwaba the suspects were arrested by members of the Namakgale Rhino project.
"Members arrested 3 males for possession of endangered animal parts," He told Jacaranda FM News.
The head, paws an tail of a white lion were found in possession of the suspects and according to the information members of the Rhino Project were on patroll on Sunday along R71 road and stopped a bakkie 12 km outside Namakgale.
"They searched the bakkie and found a black bag containing four white lion paws, a head adn a tail," Ledwaba said.
The three suspects aged between 34 and 41are expected to appear before Namakgale magistrate court on Monday.
