The bank has closed their Edenvale, Maponya Mall and The Glen branches as precautionary measures.
Nedbank's Dave Schwegmann says all staff members in the affected branches have been placed under quarantine.
"The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority and we immediately took the following precautionary measures once we were made aware that staff at these particular branches may have come into contact with someone who tested positive for the coronavirus or themselves have tested positive for the coronavirus.
"We will continue to do everything we can to protect staff and clients who come into our branches and offices and encourage our clients to make use of our digital channels and other self-service channels to get their banking done.''
