Treasury, Reserve Bank in talks over Brexit: Gordhan

Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan said South Africa's banks were well positioned to withstand the financial shocks following Britain's decision to leave the European Union.
World markets have reacted sharply to the shock Brexit vote.
Gordhan said Treasury and the Reserve Bank were in talks with financial institutions on the possible implications for the South African economy.
