Tshwane residents’ fault logging system under maintenance
The City of Tshwane management system is set to undergo maintenance on Saturday and Sunday subsequently affecting fault reporting.
The maintenance will affect the fault reporting platforms that included email, Tshwane’s e-systems and billing enquiries.
Spokesperson Lindela Mashigo says the City’s financial systems will not be impacted.
“The maintenance is essential and inevitable in ensuring that the City’s financial and customer management systems are efficient and reliable,” he says.

“It must be emphasised that the financial system will not be impacted, and customers can continue to make payments via all available platforms.”
City customers wishing to log a fault can do so through the municipality’s telephone and SMS line as well as the Web and e-Tshwane reporting.
