Two paramedics from Limpopo have been killed in a crash between an ambulance and a truck on the N1 in the Waterberg area.
The ambulance crashed into a stationary truck on Tuesday morning.
ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring says the paramedics were attached to the company’s Polokwane branch.
“The crews were returning to their branch after they had completed transporting a patient to a hospital for further treatment. ER24 will be working closely with the relevant authorities to investigate the cause of the collision.”
