Two Tshwane metro police nabbed for hijacking
The Ekurhuleni metro police have arrested two Tshwane metro police officers for hijacking.
The pair was nabbed on the R21 south near the Olifansfontein off-ramp.
The incident happened on Thursday afternoon.
Ekurhuleni spokesperson Maree Mashishi says the suspects were arrested for hijacking a truck.
The crime scene caused heavy delays from Pretoria to OR Tambo airport.
