[WATCH] Heavy rains in the south of Johannesburg lead to mall ceiling collapse

Heavy rains led to flooding in the South of Johannesburg on Thursday with the ceiling collapsing at The Glen shopping centre.
Johannesburg Emergency Medical Services (EMS)' Robert Mulaudzi says: "We did receive some reports of flash floods in the South and also (the) roof collapse, but we didn't receive any injuries that were reported.

Mulaudzi says EMS will be on standby over the weekend in Johannesburg as more rain is expected.
He cautioned parents to make sure their children don't' play in or near rivers or streams, as flash flooding can occur unexpectedly.
