Updated | By Sinethemba Madolo
The City of Johannesburg is probing a video circulating on social media which shows a woman being restrained by metro police officers while a nurse is seen trying to draw blood.

In the video, the woman can be seen trying to close the blinds while the young woman is heard screaming.
The city’s MMC for Public Safety Michael Sun says it is alleged that the woman failed a breathalyser test. She was then arrested and taken her to the Douglasdale Police Station further processing.
