WATCH: US gun shop offers discount to Christians
A gun shop in Tennessee in the United States is offering a 5% discount on firearm purchases to devoted Christians.
According to a Local 12 news report, the owner of Frontier Firearms in east, Brent Williams says the mass shooting in Oregon prompted the sale.
In a video clip published on YouTube he says: "If Christians are going to be targeted, we need to protect ourselves."
He added that the best way to protect yourself is with the best weapon available, and that happens to be a handgun.
Meanwhile gun violence in the United States remain a hot topic with politicians, religious leaders as well as Hollywood A-listers have weighed in on the debate.
