Mpumalanga: Cold in places on the high-ground, otherwise fine, windy and cool, becoming partly cloudy from the east. Drizzle and fog patches are expected along the southern escarpment in the afternoon where it will be cloudy, spreading to the northern escarpment in the evening.

Limpopo: Fine and cool to warm, becoming partly cloudy from the east in the afternoon, but cloudy along the escarpment in the evening with drizzle and fog patches.

Eastern Cape: Partly cloudy and cool along the coast but cloudy over the escarpment in the early morning with light rain in the east but light snowfalls on the mountains. It will be cold inland but very cold in the mountains.

KwaZulu-Natal: Cloudy and cold but very cold in the south-west. isolated showers and rain are expected except in the northwest.
