The commission set aside Zuma's appearance for the 15th to the 19th of July.

Zuma has been notified that he is implicated in several testimonies such as that of former GCIS CEO, Themba Maseko, former ANC MP Vytjie Mentor, Former finance minister Nhanhla Nene, Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan, Public Enterprises Minister, Barbra Hogan, and the current Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula.

In a statement, the commission says Zuma has insisted he be furnished with questions he will be asked when he testifies.

"Mr. Zuma has among other things, insisted that he be furnished in advance with the questions that he will be asked on the witness stand before he can consider whether to give the required undertaking.

The Commission maintains that Mr. Zuma is not entitled to insist that he be furnished with the questions in advance of his appearance before he can consider whether to give the undertaking."

The commission says it is considering its options as it has been six weeks since Zuma was notified that he has been implicated and invited to appear.

If Zuma fails to appear on the set date, the commission has the powers to subpoena him.
