Stop trying too hard!

Never sacrifice form for weight! Many times you will see people in the gym trying to lift these heavy weights struggling to do even 1 rep. Make sure when doing an exercise you do it properly! When warming up use a weight you feel comfortable with to be able to do 12 reps PROPERLY! And when using a heavy weight make sure your rep range is between 6-8 reps otherwise you will be sacrificing form and YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF!. This results in injury and injury results you not being able to train
