Arod: Carbs arent always the enemy! Yes you should restrict yourself at night because you wont be using up those carbohydrates while sleeping. The general rule is a fist full. Make a fist, and that is how much carbohydrates you should consume twice a day. Eg Potato, rice or with regards to bread, 2 slices
