Liesl Laurie hilariously 'crowns' Miss SA Adè van Heerden

From one beauty queen to another, Liesl Laurie joined Adè van Heerden at her official crowning as the new Miss South Africa 2017.

South Africa's very own Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters has managed to snatch the title of Miss Universe 2017.
The glitzy event took place in Las Vegas where 92 women from around the world participated in the decades-old competition. This year’s edition had the most contestants ever.
With Nel-Peters having to fulfill her duties abroad, the Miss South Africa crown has been handed down to runner-up Adè van Heerden.
Martin and Tumi decided that they would present the new Miss South Africa with their version of a crown.
Breakfast Show's traffic presenter and former Miss SA, Liesl Laurie, attended the official crowning ceremony, spoke to Adè about her new role and 'crowned' van Heerden with the crown from Martin and Tumi.
Let's just say it's not what you would have expected...
