South Africa's newly crowned World's Strongest Man, Rayno Nel, joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to talk about his title and what it takes to become the strongest man in the world.

On Sunday, May 18, history was made when South Africa’s very own Rayno Nel became the first African to be crowned the World’s Strongest Man.
Nel, a former CUT (Central University of Technology) and Cheetahs rugby player, became the first man outside of Europe or North America to win the title in 48 years.
