Faf de Klerk was one of the stars of the Springboks' victorious Rugby World Cup campaign and made headlines for his celebrations in a SA flag-themed speedo, which he even showed off to Emeritus Archbishop Desmond Tutu

He is now using that fame to raise awareness about testicular cancer and is challenging his fellow Springboks to check their scrotum.

Bok captain Siya Kolisi joined in on the #FafChallenge.

Kolisi took to Instagram to post a picture of himself supporting the campaign after he and a host of other Springboks were challenged to do so by De Klerk.

"Challenge ACCEPTED! Testicular cancer is one of the most common cancers in young men. Early detection = high cure rate, said Kolisi in a post on Instagram.

Cheslin Kolbe also joined in on the challenge.
