WATCH: Presenter strikes awkward pose not knowing she's live

Breaking news: Someone had another "Jessica, we are live" moment.
Embarrassing moments happen to the best of us.

But it hits a little harder when your awkward moment happens live, on television, in front of thousands of people.
This is not the first time a presenter has accidentally done or said something while live on-air, and it wasn't even the last time this year.

BBC News anchor Lukwesa Burak was hosting her usual programme when she finished her news report, thinking she was no longer being filmed while a pre-recorded segment played.
Unfortunately for her, this was not the case.
As she was mid-stretch, the cameras switched on and back on her.

Luckily, Burak handled the moment gracefully, composed herself, and continued as if nothing happened.
The anchor even took to Twitter and shared a tweet, replying to comments saying she was happy she could bring some joy and laughter:

Since then another BBC presenter has found herself in some hot water after showing an inappropriate sign on live television, thinking she was not being filmed.
