VIDEO: Klerksdorp man shoots home invaders
The incident happened in the early hours of the morning on the 24th of February.
There is no doubt that most South Africans are on high alert for any potential danger.
Even when they are in their own homes.

A video has been shared on social media showing three men take on two home invaders in a scary confrontation.
The incident allegedly happened in Klerksdorp at close to 3am on Saturday.
The video shows three men in the room before two masked intruders enter the property and point their guns at the three unarmed men.

One of the victims has a weapon on them, pulls it on the assailants, and multiple shots from both shots are fired.
It also appears that one of the unarmed men is shot.

Fritz Smit, 36 years old.
A husband and father of 3 boys.
Fritz and friends of him was attacked in the early morning hours of 24 February 2024.
Frits was shot in the face and jaw was crushed.

According to some sources, the victim who was shot survived.
Fritz Smit is a husband and a father to three boys but does not have health insurance.
There are no further details about the incident at this time.
