VIDEO: Understanding different types of headaches and what they mean

Headaches are always terrible, but they are not always the same.
There is no such thing as a good headache.
When you feel a headache coming on, you might have a few questions running through your mind.

Have you had enough to drink and eat? Did you not get enough sleep, or are you just too stressed?
There are many reasons that can lead to headaches, but we don't all know what the actual cause might be.
And the pain isn't always in the exact same place.

According to doctors, researchers, and scientists, there is an explanation for the pain in certain parts of the head.
If it hurts at your temples, it might be a different cause of a headache at the top of your neck.
Doctor Haleema Khan, a chiropractor in Dubai, took to TikTok to share more about the different types of headaches people might experience and tips on how to treat them.
Here is what she said:
- Pain at the back of your head: stress
- Top of your head: lack of food or water
- Forehead: lack of sleep
- Around the eyes: sinuses (will need medication/doctor consultation)
