It's a thing! 2021 fitness goals!

We all started the year ready to get fitter, healthier, and possibly stop some of the not-so-great things we were doing.

But, with lockdowns, global pandemics, and just general life stressors, it's more than likely that we've let those goals fall by the wayside! 

That's okay! We are all human after all, and humans sometimes need a nudge in the right direction! This nudge, however, is coming from Colin Burke, an American-based personal fitness trainer who has helped many, many people transform their bodies! He joined me on 'The Jo and Danny Show' to chat about the small things we can incorporate every day that will make the biggest difference!
