No, this is not a joke. South African billionaire Elon Musk wants a 'single combat' fight with Vladimir Putin in order to sort out the issues in Ukraine.

While this tweet came out of the blue, the intentions of Musk are clearly noble - he wants an end to this war like the rest of us.
