Massive road damage in Sandton

have been calling for answers after a man shared a video of severe road damage
in Sandton.
A video shared by Traffic SA shows Katherine Street in Sandton, which appears to have suffered massive damage.

In the video, you see that the road is soaked with water, and that the tar on the road has cracked open.
