Shock video: Baby flung into air after tyre bursts

A baby was flung into the air after a tyre exploded at a garage where a mother stood holding the baby in her arms.

The incident was reported from China in the city of Danjiangkou in central China's Hubei Province earlier in October.

In the video the mother can be seen walking towards the road when the tyre exploded. She was hit by the tyre in the face and landed on the ground headfirst while her baby was blown out of her arms.

While the mother sustained minor scratches, the baby was hospitalized with severe injuries after he was thrown out of his mother's arms.
