Three foods you can indulge in and NOT feel guilty
Updated | By Poelano Malema

“Part of the reasons that people fail when it comes to a diet conscious lifestyle, is that they are ill informed on what foods are good for them and which foods are not. We are constantly bombarded with messages, told to read the back of the label and count calories when all you want to really know is, 'can I eat this or not?',” says Bridget.
Truth is there are delicious foods which you can eat without feeling guilty of putting on some calories? Below is the list:
Pizza
We know that you have been told that pizza is bad for you, but truth is, it depends on the kind of pizza you eat.
According to Mensfitness.com: “The basic ingredients of pizza all have healthy potential. It's only when you go overboard on toppings or the amount you eat that pizza earns its bad rap.”
So if you feel like having pizza, do so, just make sure your toppings are also healthy and just don’t eat too many slices.
Open-face sandwich
Open-face sandwiches, just like the pizza, can be delicious and healthy, but just make sure whatever you choose to put on the sandwich is also healthy.
Popcorn
Popcorn is one of the greatest snacks you can have without feeling guilty. Over the years, research has found that popcorn has great health benefits, such as whole grains, fiber, and antioxidants.
In 2012, scientists from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania revealed that popcorn even has more antioxidants than fruits, reported Daily Mail.
So go ahead and have that bowl of popcorn!
