Updated | By Mack Rapapali Nights
Criminals are now taking advantage of lockdown rules during robberies.
A shopper got pick-pocketed at Centurion Mall by thieves in masks.
We recently heard from the Minister of Police, Bheki Cele, how the crime stats have dropped during the lockdown but it seems that will not last very long.

Below is video footage showing thieves using masks to stay anonymous while pick-pocketing customers in stores. This incident allegedly took place at Ackermans Centurion Mall. The victim in this video is Mack Rapapali's friend and she shared this footage because she wanted to help raise awareness with other shoppers.
These types of crimes are likely to rise during the lockdown and unfortunately, it could be difficult to identify the masked perpetrators.
Video content supplied by the victim, Busi Mashiane.
