Chantel Dartnall whips up something special for Rian!

Chantel Dartnall is the owner and head chef at Restaurant Mosaic at The Orient in Pretoria. 

Chantel is the only South African to be featured on the Best Chef Awards top 100 list for 2017.

Chantel hopes that her win at the Best Chef Awards in Warsaw this year will put South Africa on the culinary map.
