England add mindfulness and meditation to school curriculum

Schools in England have started teaching children mindfulness and meditation to improve their mental health.

Children act out in different ways and don't always understand what they are going through. They sometimes also don't know how to release their feelings.

According to True Activist, when children act out, it is because they are struggling to understand complex emotions.
The schools believe that the goal of mindfulness and meditation will help children to master stress, complex emotions, and anxiety.
