The renowned performer, actress, and singer Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend Ben Affleck are taking the next step in their relationship by buying an estate worth over R700-million.

The estate has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.
It has multiple kitchens, a theatre, a gym, and a pool.

According to reports, the seller went down in price. The seller is Todd Lemkin, a Texas billionaire.
This is Lopez and Affleck’s second time falling in love after their relationship didn't work out in the early 2000s.

“It was brutal. It was brutal,” Lopez previously told Rolling Stone.
“It’s one of those things that you bury very deeply so you can move on and get about your business. It’s funny because Ben and I were together, and we were so in love. It was one of the happiest times of my life.”
