A middle-aged woman was going about her usual cleaning duties at a train station in China when, with no warning at all, a man approached her and shoved her onto the tracks.

The woman was taken to hospital where she was treated for injuries to her jaw, according to the Mail Online.

The man who pushed her is very lucky that there was no train approaching at the time, but the big question remains: why did he do it?
Channel News Asia reports that the man has since been arrested, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
