Over the years, we have seen car spins go horribly wrong. Like the BMW spin that saw the driver go straight into a crowd, and who can forget the 2013 Durban incident that not only saw the car crash into the crowd, but ended up almost crashing into a house, and the 2014 incident where a spinner lost control of his car and crashed into another vehicle that was in the parking lot at South Beach, Hospital Road in Durban.

But regardless of the many dangers that come with spinning cars, some people will still go right ahead and do it, even some traffic officers. Like this Metro cop who was filmed doing 'doghnuts' in an official vehicle.
In a video uploaded on YouTube, believed to have been filmed in Durban, the cop can be seen at an intersection attempting to do a car spin, or what others call "doughnuts".
Metro police spokesperson Sibonelo Mchunu told News24: "The department is aware of the incident and the matter is under internal disciplinary investigation."
