Porsche driver saved from hijacking by incredible reversing skills
This Porsche driver has some serious driving skills!
There's no doubt that hijackings are a big reality in South Africa.
South Africans work hard for their vehicles, so the last thing they want is to be hijacked? We have been conditioned to be aware and alert at all times.
Intelligence Bureau SA uploaded shocking footage of an attempted hijacking in the Johannesburg area. In the video below, a Porsche can be seen pulling into a driveway. Soon after the car's arrival, another vehicle pulls up and an armed man runs towards the white car to carry out the hijacking.
The driver of the Porsche was definitely not going to let his car be hijacked and he reversed at speed. In the commotion, the Porsche ended up slamming into the hijackers, damaging both vehicles. The Porsche then straightened out and sped away. The driver and car may have been bruised, but he was alive and the car was still his.
This dramatic footage has been shared all over social media and there's no doubt that this was a very close call!
