New Joburg restaurant to rename after social media uproar

The
owners of a new restaurant in the heart of Johannesburg have announced their
decision to rename their eatery.

It follows a social media uproar about the restaurant’s name, Misohawni - as in miso paste and hawni (well you get the point).
The owners issued a statement on their Facebook page on Wednesday.

The restaurant will serve up a tasty few options of ramen, Korean BBQ and poké.
On seeing the name of the new eatery, scores of people took to Twitter to express their disf(l)avour.
