Elaine Hampson, a Cuban woman who has been living in the USA for 15 years now, shared how she came from a broken home and how her father was a narcissist.

Her mom had met her dad when she was just 13 years old, got pregnant with her at 15, and things went downhill from there.

Elaine's mom eventually found the courage to leave her father and went to live with her grandmother. Elaine was happy living with her grandparents and her mother, but she still saw her father from time to time.

Even though she adored her father, as she got older she saw the wrong things he would do.

At some point, her mother made the move to the USA and her father came and forcefully removed her from her grandparents' home.

After keeping her away from her grandparents for a year and a half, he realised that he was not going to get any money from his ex in aid of his daughter and so, he did the unthinkable.

He sold her for $2,000 (R37,340).

Find out who he sold her to below, courtesy of TikTok:

Thankfully, she managed to escape his toxicity, but it didn't end there. He contacted her when he arrived in the USA a few years ago and tried to manipulate her again.

Watch how she overcame it all after being sucked back in.
