Updated | By Jacaranda FM/Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
It's that time of the year when shoppers are happy to visit the overcrowded malls, all for the chance to score some savings.
Cashing in on some festive season savings is a smart way to stretch your budget. Not only will you save on everyday basics, but those extra savings can give you the freedom to treat you or your loved ones this holiday season.
As we enter the full-blown festive period, shopping malls are bound to get even busier. So, when you head out for your December shopping, remember to do so with a little extra caution.
It’s not just about staying safe from crime – it's also about navigating the crowds, where fellow shoppers can sometimes make the experience more stressful than festive.

He pointed out how annoying it is to navigate the mall during the festive season when couples insist on holding hands, blocking the way for other shoppers.
While his frustration was understandable, we'll admit his delivery came across as a bit bitter...
Take a look at his video on TikTok below.
