VIDEO: Light aircraft lands unannounced at OR Tambo International Airport

The pilot apparently was dropping off a friend who needed to catch a connecting flight.
A light aircraft that made an unannounced landing at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, is currently being investigated by airport authorities.

In a video shared on the South African Live's Facebook page, the aircraft is seen gatecrashing the OR Tambo taxiway while other commercial aircrafts are queuing up to take off. The landing happened without the pilot having filed a flight plan.
According to ENCA the pilot was apparently dropping off a friend who had to catch a connecting flight. ENCA further reports that Air Traffic Navigation Services at OR Tambo International is currently investigating the incident as it is a serious infringement.
While many on social media found it amusing, experts are raising concerns about safety at the airport.
