It seems that almost everyone on social media these days wants to go viral.

A term that is also known to be infectious in a not-so-good way, can you even imagine how we got here?

Well, it seems one woman is against it all and yet she went viral in no time after a video of her getting stuck received over 1.9 million views on TikTok.

"Anne Hughes, 72, a cleaner at the Best One convenience store in Tonteg, Rhondda Cynon Taf, was lifted several feet up when her coat got caught.

"I'll never hear the end of it," she said. "My boss has said he's never liked his staff hanging around." (BBC)

At least she has a sense of humour and can laugh over it. But it must've been bad feeling hoisted above the ground without any sense of control over your body.

"Ms Hughes said she retired formally seven years ago but had been working at the store since then.

She was leaning against the shutters when the shop owner opened them from the inside." (BBC)

She screamed out the shop owner's name and he eventually came out and helped her off the shutter doors. Hughes said that she learnt her lesson and won't be leaning against shutterdoors any time soon.

Luckily she got away without any injuries but it was an interesting way of going viral.
